Exchanges & Returns

Would you like to exchange or return a product? You can do this easily and quickly in three steps :-)

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, and we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited back to your account within five working days after we receive the returned items.

Simple Returns in Three Easy Steps:

Step 1: Fill out the Return Form
Download the return form here and complete it in full.

Step 2: Send Your Order Back
Return the items along with the completed return form to the address indicated on the return form. Please make sure to include a Track and Trace code on the package. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that you wil get an exchange as soon as possible or the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five working days.
